- • As a Project Delivery Manager at Tandem Health, you will play a pivotal role in transforming healthcare delivery by ensuring the successful implementation of our AI-powered clinical assistant for clinicians across Sweden. Your work directly enables healthcare providers to reduce administrative burden, improve documentation accuracy, and focus more on patient care—making a tangible impact on the quality and efficiency of clinical workflows.
- • You will own the end-to-end implementation journey for new customers, from contract signing to full go-live, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality, while acting as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clinical and technical stakeholders throughout the process.
- • Day to day, you will lead customer implementation projects by developing and maintaining detailed project plans, tracking milestones, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional efforts between engineering, medical operations, and customer teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- • You will coordinate technical setup activities, particularly EHR integrations, by liaising with our engineering team to align on technical requirements, troubleshoot dependencies, and ensure systems are configured correctly for each customer’s clinical environment.
- • You will collaborate closely with our Medical Operations team to design, configure, and validate clinical documentation templates—such as notes, certificates, and referrals—tailored to specific specialties and workflows, ensuring they meet local regulatory and usability standards.
- • You will co-develop and deliver user training programmes with Medical Operations, organizing sessions, creating materials, and supporting clinicians through hands-on workshops to build confidence and readiness before go-live.
- • You will proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers across workstreams, escalating issues when necessary and driving resolution to keep projects on track.
- • You will continuously improve our delivery playbook by documenting lessons learned, refining best practices, and contributing to scalable, repeatable processes as we expand our Swedish customer base.
- • You will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders—from frontline nurses and physicians to clinic managers and C-level executives—building strong relationships through clear, empathetic, and consistent communication in both Swedish and English.
- • You will operate in a fast-paced, scaling health-tech environment where initiative, adaptability, and ownership are valued, allowing you to shape how we deliver value at scale while growing your expertise in healthcare technology implementation.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing technology implementation projects, preferably in healthcare, social care, or SaaS environments.
- • Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, including EHR integrations, clinical workflows, and change management in care organizations.
- • Strong stakeholder management skills, with comfort engaging clinicians, technical teams, and executive leaders.
- • Native-level fluency in Swedish and excellent communication skills in English.
- • Structured yet adaptable project management approach, with ability to maintain rigor while responding to shifting priorities.
- • Genuine interest in technology and AI, with understanding of how modern software products are delivered (deep technical expertise not required).
