Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end delivery of cutting-edge robotic stations that fuse AI, vision systems and industrial automation. You will orchestrate multidisciplinary teams—Software, Machine Learning, Mechanical, Electrical and Automation—to ship solutions that are already running at scale in production environments across Europe.
- • Translate high-level customer requirements into a detailed, executable project plan that balances technical ambition, budget and timeline. From the very first sales conversation through final acceptance on the customer floor, you are the single point of truth for scope, risk and delivery quality.
- • Design and continuously refine the overall process flow of each robotic station. You will map pick-and-place sequences, safety interlocks, throughput targets and exception-handling logic, then validate them with simulation and real-world testing before the station ever leaves our Warsaw lab.
- • Drive day-to-day execution with a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up mindset. When a vision model drifts, a gripper fails or a PLC cycle time spikes, you dive into logs, SQL dashboards and Grafana metrics to isolate root causes and dispatch the right experts—while keeping stakeholders calm and informed.
- • Build and maintain a living project rhythm: weekly sprint reviews, risk burndown charts, customer demo milestones and post-deployment performance retros. Your rigor ensures that 90-day delivery promises become 90-day realities.
- • Analyse robot performance data using BigQuery, Grafana and good old spreadsheets to uncover hidden bottlenecks. You will turn raw cycle-time logs into actionable stories that guide hardware tweaks, software patches and ML retraining schedules.
- • Champion cross-team knowledge sharing. Run brown-bag sessions on lessons learned from site A so that sites B, C and D launch twice as fast. Your documentation becomes the playbook that lets Nomagic scale from tens to hundreds of installations without losing quality.
- • Travel up to 40 % of peak periods to customer sites across Europe—Germany, France, Benelux and beyond. On the ground you lead commissioning, acceptance testing and operator training, ensuring that every robot handoff feels like magic to the end user.
- • Influence product strategy by feeding real-world field data back into R&D. When you spot a recurring edge case or a new market requirement, you package it into a crisp proposal that shapes the next generation of Nomagic hardware and software.
- • Thrive in a culture where titles matter less than impact. One day you may be stress-testing a suction cup at 3 a.m. in Warsaw; the next you’re presenting KPI dashboards to a Fortune-500 logistics director. Every experiment, debug session and customer win moves the entire AI-robotics industry forward.
