📋 Description

• The Project Financial Controller will play a critical role in supporting the financial delivery of LIVE·TEAM’s projects related to the FIFA Women’s World Cup in 2027, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and profitability across global operations.
• Day to day, the role involves maintaining client budget reporting, monitoring budget status, tracking profit margins, overseeing invoicing and cash collection, preparing payroll, managing cash flow forecasting, liaising with shared service centers and local banking providers, and ensuring tax and regulatory compliance.
• Wasserman Media Group’s LIVE·TEAM operates at the forefront of sports, music, and entertainment, delivering live event production and experiential operations for iconic global brands across 28 countries and 70+ cities, with headquarters in Los Angeles and a growing international footprint.
• In this role, the individual will develop expertise in international project finance, gain exposure to large-scale entertainment events, strengthen cross-functional collaboration with HR, legal, and operations teams, and build credibility as a trusted financial advisor to senior project leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified accountant, ideally ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
• Excellent Excel skills and experience working in a multi-currency environment
• Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset to interpret contractual arrangements
• Knowledge of Brazilian laws and customs with ability to navigate local administrative processes
• Experience as a project accountant or within a project team (desirable)
