• • Own the full lifecycle of high-impact projects that will redefine how millions of users buy and sell second-hand goods across the MENA region. From scoping to post-launch optimization, you will be the single point of accountability for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• • Translate complex business objectives into crystal-clear technical requirements that engineering, product, and operations teams can execute against. Your ability to speak both "business" and "tech" fluently will determine how quickly Soum can ship features that delight customers and outpace competitors.
• • Dive deep into our marketplace data using SQL to uncover friction points in the buyer and seller journey. You will turn raw numbers into actionable insights—whether that means redesigning the listing flow, optimizing search ranking algorithms, or re-engineering logistics hand-offs.
• • Build and maintain living dashboards that track project KPIs in real time. Stakeholders from the CEO to customer-support leads will rely on your metrics to decide where to double-down and where to pivot.
• • Run weekly cross-functional stand-ups that keep product managers, engineers, and operations leads aligned on scope, timelines, and blockers. Your facilitation skills will ensure that remote teams across Pakistan and Saudi Arabia stay laser-focused on shared outcomes.
• • Document every assumption, decision, risk, and lesson learned in a centralized knowledge base. Your rigor will turn one-off projects into repeatable playbooks that accelerate future launches.
• • Identify process gaps before they become bottlenecks. Whether it’s a manual refund step that could be automated or a courier SLA that’s quietly eroding NPS, you will surface issues and shepherd fixes from ideation to rollout.
• • Collaborate directly with the founders on strategic initiatives—such as geographic expansion, category growth, or trust-and-safety enhancements—that could shift Soum’s trajectory for years to come.
• • Champion a culture of experimentation. You will design A/B tests, interpret statistical significance, and evangelize data-driven decision making across the organization.
• • Serve as the voice of the customer inside every project room. By synthesizing user research, support tickets, and marketplace analytics, you will ensure that every feature we ship increases convenience and trust for both buyers and sellers.
