- • The Project Management Lead oversees multiple cross-functional and technical projects, ensuring alignment between internal teams and customer stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and service improvements.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include structuring project plans, defining success metrics, driving execution to meet milestones, managing program reporting, and owning Monthly Operational Reporting (MOR) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) decks.
- • The role involves managing diverse employees, implementing onboarding and training, collaborating with Talent Acquisition on hiring pipelines, and developing succession plans through coaching and career guidance.
- • The position requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across all project stages, applying analytical, data-driven approaches to solve problems and improve operational processes.
- • As part of Astreya Partners, Inc., a remote-first company based in Ireland, the role contributes to delivering scalable project solutions while fostering team growth and process excellence in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-year college or university and 8+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination
- • Proven ability to lead cooperative efforts among project team members with strong communication, listening, and critical thinking skills
- • Experience managing technical projects and developing operational solutions to eliminate process or technology-related issues
- • Highly detail-oriented, adaptable to changing priorities, and capable of performing under pressure with short timelines
- • Experience with SQL queries, purpose-built applications, and standard office suites (preferred)
- • Program management experience (preferred)
