• • The Project Management Lead at Precision Medicine Group serves as the central communication hub for assigned client accounts, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and clients to plan, track, and deliver projects on time and in compliance with legal and administrative requirements.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and managing tickets in project management tools like JIRA or MS Project, orchestrating onboarding checklists, prioritizing multiple tasks with strong attention to detail, tracking delivery completion, troubleshooting client and internal inquiries, organizing client documentation, and supporting compliance paperwork such as licenses, TPAs, and SOWs.
• • Precision Medicine Group is a remote-first organization based in India, specializing in precision medicine solutions, where the Project Management Lead collaborates with Delivery, Product, Account, Engineering, and Client Success teams to anticipate issues, maintain accurate records, and ensure adherence to client requests and internal processes.
• • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in the company’s products and client systems, gain experience in regulatory compliance documentation, build strong cross-functional relationships, and enhance analytical skills by conducting basic data analytics on project metrics such as turnaround time and client inquiry patterns to drive process improvements.
