� Description

• • Own the end-to-end delivery of multi-million-pound, multi-year programmes that power the world’s largest financial institutions. You will orchestrate everything from initial scope definition through go-live, ensuring every milestone is met on time, on budget and with measurable business value.
• • Lead complex customer implementations that span trading, risk, analytics and workflow automation. You will coordinate global teams across product development, professional services, infrastructure and operations, translating intricate business requirements into executable plans and clear deliverables.
• • Drive ION’s strategic digital-transformation initiatives, including the migration of mission-critical trading platforms to cloud-native architectures. You will balance technical feasibility, regulatory constraints and commercial objectives while keeping stakeholders aligned and risks transparent.
• • Manage product-development programmes that deliver next-generation innovation. You will act as the bridge between engineering squads, product owners and sales, ensuring that new features and workflow-automation solutions reach market quickly and exceed customer expectations.
• • Build and maintain detailed project charters, schedules, RAID logs and financial forecasts in Excel, JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint. You will present concise status updates to C-suite sponsors, steering committees and external regulators, turning complex data into compelling narratives.
• • Anticipate and neutralise risks before they become issues. You will run scenario-planning workshops, negotiate scope changes, manage conflict across multi-disciplinary teams and keep delivery momentum even when dependencies shift or market volatility spikes.
• • Champion continuous-improvement practices across every project phase. You will introduce leaner processes, automate reporting with PowerBI, embed Kanban principles and share lessons learned in global Communities of Practice.
• • Cultivate trusted-advisor relationships with customer executives, trading-floor managers and central-bank officials. You will translate their strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, secure buy-in for tough decisions and celebrate joint successes that strengthen long-term partnerships.
• • Mentor junior project coordinators and analysts, creating a culture of accountability, curiosity and customer obsession. You will invest in their growth, delegate effectively and celebrate wins that elevate the entire Pisa delivery hub.
• • Stay ahead of regulatory, technological and market trends affecting Fixed Income, FX and derivatives. You will feed insights back into product strategy, ensuring ION remains the platform of choice for 40 % of the world’s largest companies.
