- • You will own the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that each implementation is delivered not only on time and within the agreed-upon scope but also to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This involves meticulous planning, diligent tracking, and effective communication across all involved parties. Your ability to anticipate challenges, manage expectations, and drive initiatives forward with clarity and urgency will be key to your success.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves serving as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships, understanding their unique business needs, and translating those requirements into actionable plans for our internal teams. This requires exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with client stakeholders at all levels.
- • Leading implementation calls and status meetings will be a core responsibility. You will prepare structured agendas, facilitate productive discussions, provide clear and concise updates on progress, outline next steps, and ensure all decisions and action items are meticulously documented. Proficiency in utilizing modern project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Jira, or Monday.com is essential for ensuring transparency and visibility into project status, potential risks, and key deliverables. Your documentation should be clear, concise, and easily accessible to all relevant stakeholders.
- • You will be responsible for translating complex customer requirements into clear, actionable tasks for our internal technical and operational teams. 🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management, Implementation Management, or a closely related role, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
- • Demonstrated experience in a SaaS or technology-focused environment, preferably with a background in software implementations or customer onboarding.
- • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences, including technical teams and executive leadership.
- • Strong customer-facing presence and a high degree of executive-level professionalism, capable of building rapport and trust with clients and managing their expectations effectively.
- • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to changing project demands without compromising quality or deadlines.
- • Proficiency in using modern project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms for task tracking, timeline management, and collaboration.
