- • Oversee a large-scale project on the Nexxen SSP platform, ensuring seamless alignment across product, operations, business, sales, and marketing teams.
- • Develop and implement project-specific guidelines, materials, and workflows to support successful execution of new publisher formats.
- • Identify and analyze growth opportunities related to new ad formats and offerings to drive innovation and platform expansion.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones on time and within scope, coordinating priorities and resolving blockers.
- • Prepare and present project updates, insights, and growth opportunities in sales meetings to promote new publisher-facing initiatives.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and continuous improvement.
- • Monitor project progress using data-driven metrics to optimize outcomes and inform strategic decisions.
- • Translate complex technical and operational requirements into clear, actionable plans for non-technical teams.
- • Ensure all project deliverables align with Nexxen’s core values: Customer Centric, Curious Mindset, and Collaborative with No Ego.
- • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum and quality.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding project status, dependencies, and deliverables.
- • Contribute to sales discussions by articulating the value proposition of new formats to internal and external stakeholders.
- • Maintain up-to-date documentation of project processes, outcomes, and lessons learned for organizational knowledge sharing.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving platform features, market demands, and internal priorities while maintaining focus on project goals.
- • Utilize quantitative analysis to evaluate the performance of new formats and recommend iterative improvements.
- • Support the VP in scaling new publisher formats by providing operational insights and strategic recommendations.
- • Ensure all project activities comply with Nexxen’s operational standards and ethical guidelines.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of expertise in an Ad-Tech company with a focus on business development, data, operations, and publisher workflows
- • Proven experience managing large-scale projects and cross-functional collaboration
- • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools
- • Strong problem-solving and quantitative analytical skills
