- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading end-to-end implementation of healthcare products, maintaining project plans in tools like Smartsheet, managing deliverables across planning, testing, and go-live phases, serving as the primary client contact, conducting training and testing activities, obtaining EHR and payer credentials, and driving issue resolution and risk mitigation.
- • The role sits within the Delivery team at Humata Health, a healthcare technology company focused on improving efficiency and patient outcomes through innovative solutions, with collaboration across Sales, Product Development, Support, and Customer Success teams.
- • The Project Manager will develop expertise in healthcare workflows, HIPAA compliance, project lifecycle management, cross-functional collaboration, and client advocacy, with opportunities to grow into senior leadership roles in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting, preferably in healthcare or technology
- • Experience with healthcare software and familiarity with HIPAA compliance and PHI handling
- • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executives and operational teams
- • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
- • Strong analytical mindset with experience in tracking and interpreting KPIs
- • Experience with PowerBI, Google Workspace, and Slack
- • Familiarity with healthcare operations, prior authorization, or revenue cycle workflow optimization is highly desirable
