• In this pivotal role, you will be the connective tissue, orchestrating efforts across our Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and external partner teams. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all initiatives are meticulously scoped, expertly coordinated, and ultimately delivered with excellence. You will be instrumental in fostering alignment among diverse stakeholders, proactively managing intricate dependencies, and instilling robust structure into complex projects that inherently span multiple departments and require seamless collaboration.

This includes the development and diligent maintenance of comprehensive project plans, detailed schedules, critical milestones, and clear dependency maps that provide visibility and control.
• You will be adept at managing multiple concurrent projects or distinct workstreams, skillfully navigating the constraints of scope, timeline, and resource allocation to ensure optimal outcomes. A proactive approach to monitoring project progress is essential, coupled with the ability to swiftly identify potential risks and issues, and to implement effective mitigation strategies to guarantee delivery readiness.
• Driving clear ownership, fostering transparent communication, and ensuring accountability across all cross-functional teams will be paramount. You will be expected to facilitate productive planning sessions, engaging stand-ups, and informative status update meetings, ensuring that all team members are informed, aligned, and motivated.
• A key aspect of this role involves the ability to translate high-level strategic objectives into granular, actionable plans that can be executed effectively by the relevant teams. 🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years of proven experience in project management or program management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion, navigating diverse stakeholder needs and technical challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify risks, gaps, and dependencies even with limited initial context, and to develop proactive mitigation plans.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to various audiences, build rapport, and drive consensus.
• Experience working with vendor- or partner-driven initiatives, managing external relationships and ensuring successful integration of third-party contributions.
• Familiarity with analytics or launch metrics, and experience supporting go-to-market strategies or product launches, understanding the importance of data-driven decision-making and successful market entry.
