- • Flock Safety is at the forefront of safety technology, dedicated to building safer communities through a proactive approach to crime prevention and security. We are a high-performance, low-ego team driven by a sense of urgency, a spirit of collaboration, and a commitment to bold thinking. Our mission is to eliminate crime, and we are seeking exceptional talent to help us achieve this ambitious goal.
- • As a Project Manager within our Implementation team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery and operational excellence of our safety technology solutions across a designated region. This position acts as the vital link between our sales efforts and the activation of our services, orchestrating complex processes to guarantee that products are installed accurately, efficiently, and at the optimal locations.
- • You will be responsible for coordinating seamlessly with multiple internal departments, including Planning, Supply Chain, Permitting, and Field Operations. Your expertise will ensure that the right equipment is deployed to the right place at the right time, minimizing delays and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- • A key aspect of this role involves serving as the primary point of contact for our customers throughout the entire installation journey. You will be tasked with balancing the delivery of world-class customer service with the rigorous execution of project timelines and quality standards. This dual focus is essential for building trust and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
- • Beyond the day-to-day management of projects, you will act as a strategic advocate for your assigned region. This involves proactively identifying systemic issues that may impede progress or impact operational efficiency. You will be empowered to diagnose root causes, develop innovative solutions, and implement process optimizations to ensure seamless operations at a local level.
- • This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about "Doing the Work," possess a strong drive for consistent project success, and are motivated by our mission to eliminate crime. You will be instrumental in translating our technological solutions into tangible safety improvements for communities.
- • Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of complex, multi-party projects from their initial conception through to final completion. You will be expected to effectively handle a significant volume of ongoing priorities, often exceeding 50 concurrent tasks, while consistently meeting stringent deadlines and upholding the highest quality standards.
- • You will lead, inspire, and unify diverse teams, fostering a culture of accountability and driving towards measurable results with a high degree of accuracy. This involves effective communication, motivation, and conflict resolution.
- • A strong business acumen is essential, coupled with sharp analytical skills to accurately diagnose the root causes of challenges, anticipate potential roadblocks, and deploy pragmatic, effective solutions with a sense of urgency.
- • You will be adept at aligning a wide array of cross-functional stakeholders, both internal teams and external customers, facilitating productive conversations to collaboratively solve complex problems.
- • Proficiency in data analysis and technical project management tools is crucial. Specifically, experience with Salesforce is required, and knowledge of SQL is considered a significant advantage for tracking performance, analyzing trends, and informing strategic decisions.
- • You will demonstrate a proven track record of accountability by developing clear Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and consistently meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and broader departmental goals.
- • The ability to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain operational excellence while adeptly balancing these needs with internal business objectives is paramount.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary, enabling you to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to a diverse range of audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership.
- • A high degree of creativity, flexibility, and organizational skill is required to navigate a dynamic job scope that can change daily, requiring adaptability and resourcefulness.
- • Above all, you will possess unimpeachable judgment and character, ensuring your actions are consistently aligned with organizational values and ethical standards.
- • During your first 30 days, you will immerse yourself in the business by shadowing experienced Project Managers and participating in field ride-alongs to gain a comprehensive understanding of our products, processes, and the complete installation lifecycle. You will also establish strong cross-functional partnerships and assess current PMO workflows to build a solid foundation of tools and systems.
- • In your first 60 days, you will independently manage a full book of customers, ensuring adherence to guiding principles and deepening your functional knowledge through "day-in-the-life" sessions with implementation teams. You will leverage your relationships to deploy operational improvements and participate in weekly reviews to identify and escalate roadblocks.
- • By 90 days and beyond, you will present a comprehensive vision for long-term opportunities and systemic improvements within your region, take full ownership of Project Management metrics, and act as the first line of defense for resolving issues quickly. You will demonstrate complete proficiency with PMO systems and tools, solidifying your role as a key contributor to the team's success.
