- • The Project Manager at FHI, Inc. leads end-to-end project management—from defining scope and deliverables through planning, budgeting, execution, and closeout—ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and delivering complex, high-scope projects on time and within budget.
- • Day to day, the role involves developing and maintaining project management standards, tools, and SOPs; identifying risks and improvement opportunities; leading cross-functional efforts to streamline workflows; designing performance monitoring tools and dashboards; facilitating process mapping and workflow redesign; applying AI and automation responsibly; managing project teams and external partners; and creating training and knowledge resources to drive adoption of best practices.

The Project Management Quality & Support (PMQS) team strengthens project management standards through practical analytics, responsible AI, and automation to reduce administrative burden and improve consistency across initiatives.
- • In this role, the person will deepen expertise in data-driven project management, AI-enabled process improvement, workflow automation, and cross-functional leadership while contributing to organizational learning, quality assurance, and continuous improvement in complex, multi-functional environments.
