- • Project Manager II (PM II) at FORTNA manages the coordination and completion of projects with increasing complexity, scope, and budget, ensuring deliverables are on time, on budget, and within scope while working directly with associates, clients, supplier-partners, and service providers.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and delivering reports for management and client leadership, leading project teams, applying supply chain concepts to solution design, managing project risks using Fortna governance tools, supporting training and tool development, assisting sales with preliminary schedules and site reviews, and fostering team development through knowledge sharing and strong interpersonal communication.
- • FORTNA partners with leading global brands to transform omnichannel and parcel distribution operations through intelligent software-driven solutions that optimize order fulfillment and last-mile delivery, fostering a collaborative, diverse, and empowering workplace culture where employees contribute to redefining success in supply chain innovation.
- • The role offers opportunities to develop broad project and client leadership skills, advance consultative and financial acumen, lead intermediate-sized work streams with autonomy, and grow expertise in supply chain solutions, project governance, and team development while contributing to meaningful operational improvements for major clients.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree and 3-6 years of experience, or 6-8 years of work experience in industrial, mechanical, or civil engineering; industrial or construction management
- • Intermediate business acumen with demonstrated application in understanding and solving business problems
- • Advanced time management skills with progressive experience delivering projects of increased scope and complexity on-time and on-budget
- • Intermediate to advanced project management skills demonstrated through requisite knowledge and experience
- • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and awareness of Microsoft Project
- • Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required
