🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in project management, customer training, or enablement roles, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- • Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
- • Experience designing and delivering training programs, workshops, or webinars that drive user adoption and proficiency.
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset and ability to build trust and rapport.
- • Familiarity with IP, R&D, or innovation management domains is a plus, but not required.
- • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
