- • Act as the single point of contact for clients across Europe, CIS, and the Middle East, translating strategic briefs into crystal-clear project plans, Gantt charts, and sprint boards in Notion, Monday.com, or Miro.
- • Orchestrate cross-functional squads of designers, motion artists, copywriters, media buyers, and data analysts spread across Cyprus, London, Dubai, and Singapore—bridging cultures, time zones, and creative visions.
- • Build and continuously refine scalable workflows that cut production time by up to 30 % while safeguarding brand consistency and platform-specific best practices.
- • Run daily stand-ups, weekly retrospectives, and monthly business reviews, using KPIs such as velocity, burn rate, and client NPS to drive relentless improvement.
- • Curate a living knowledge base of templates, SOPs, and post-campaign playbooks that empower new team members to ramp up in days, not weeks.
- • Facilitate creative and strategic workshops—white-boarding ideas in Figma, mapping customer journeys, and turning raw insights into actionable tasks that designers can execute immediately.
- • Track budgets ranging from €10 k test bursts to €500 k always-on programs, flagging scope creep early and re-allocating resources before risks become issues.
- • Coordinate asset hand-offs to media teams, ensuring naming conventions, tagging, and tracking pixels are flawless so campaigns go live without a hitch.
- • Champion a culture of experimentation, encouraging A/B tests of hooks, formats, and CTAs that feed back into the next creative sprint.
- • Present weekly status decks to senior stakeholders, distilling complex timelines into one-slide executive summaries and clear next-step actions.
- • Mentor junior coordinators, sharing your playbook for stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and “surprise & delight” client moments.
- • Stay ahead of platform updates—whether it’s TikTok’s new ad specs or Pinterest’s shopping API—translating technical changelogs into practical guidance for creative teams.
- • Travel quarterly to Aleph hubs in Berlin, Cape Town, or Singapore to run on-site kick-offs, foster relationships, and soak in emerging market nuances.
