• • As a Project Manager at Clario, you will be instrumental in steering client projects from inception to successful completion, ensuring that all services are delivered with the highest standards of quality, punctuality, and within budgetary constraints. Your role is pivotal in fostering an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• • You will be the central point of contact, collaborating closely with diverse, cross-functional teams to align efforts and achieve project objectives. This involves a deep understanding of client needs and translating them into actionable plans for internal stakeholders.
• • A key responsibility will be to guide projects through all critical study phases, encompassing meticulous Planning and Setup, diligent Monitoring, and thorough Closeout procedures. This requires a proactive approach to managing timelines, resources, and potential challenges.
• • You will be tasked with gathering detailed customer requirements, meticulously analyzing them, and translating these insights into clear, concise instructions for internal teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals.
• • Developing, maintaining, and organizing comprehensive study documentation will be a core function, ensuring all project-related information is accurate, accessible, and compliant.
• • The coordination of equipment distribution and tracking is another vital aspect of the role, ensuring that necessary resources are available when and where they are needed to maintain project momentum.
• • You will be responsible for creating and distributing insightful study reports, providing stakeholders with clear updates on project progress, key findings, and any necessary actions.
• • Ensuring the accurate archiving of all study data and documentation is crucial for compliance, future reference, and knowledge management.
• • A significant part of your role will involve establishing and maintaining clear, realistic customer expectations throughout the study lifecycle, fostering trust and ensuring client satisfaction.
• • You will actively monitor study timelines, diligently ensuring that all project deliveries align with key milestones and deadlines.
• • Managing study financials is a critical component, including conducting thorough budget reviews, developing accurate revenue forecasts, assessing scope changes, and overseeing invoice reconciliation to maintain financial health.
• • Proactively identifying potential study risks and developing effective mitigation strategies will be essential. You will also be responsible for escalating issues when appropriate to ensure timely resolution.
• • You will facilitate internal and external negotiations, fostering strong collaboration, clear communication, and the efficient use of resources across all project stakeholders.
• • Applying structured problem-solving approaches to resolve issues effectively and maintaining detailed documentation of all escalations and their resolutions will be a continuous requirement.
• • Ensuring the timely and compliant completion of all required training for yourself and potentially team members is paramount to maintaining operational excellence and adherence to industry standards.
• • You may be required to present study services at Investigator Meetings or site initiation meetings, effectively communicating Clario's capabilities and project plans to external partners.
• • Participating in client meetings alongside Business Development or Operational teams to present services and discuss operational data flow will be an important aspect of client engagement.
• • Contributing to the training and onboarding of new Project Management team members will help build a strong and capable project management function within Clario.
• • You will also support additional tasks, assignments, and special projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the broader success of the team and company.
