📋 Description

• This Project Manager role at Scale Army supports a high-growth macro research and advisory firm clients by owning end-to-end delivery of client engagements and analytics projects, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals.
• Day to day, the Project Manager will coordinate consultants, economists, data scientists, and stakeholders; develop and maintain project plans; manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risks; serve as the primary client point of contact; and drive process improvements to enhance delivery excellence.
• The team operates in a fast-paced, research-driven environment focused on strategic insights, labor econometrics, compensation analysis, and people analytics, serving U.S.-based clients from a fully remote setup requiring availability during U.S. business hours (9AM–5PM PST).
• In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in managing complex advisory and analytics engagements, strengthen cross-functional leadership, refine project economics and risk management skills, and contribute to scalable project management processes that support organizational growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management or program management experience
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience overseeing project budgets, resourcing, and project economics
• Bachelor's degree required
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus
