- • As a Technical Project Manager for Red Hat’s EMEA Services team, you will lead services projects across the Middle East and Africa region from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical delivery standards.
- • You will guide project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting with minimal direction, manage scope and change control, and ensure adherence to legally binding requirements while coordinating cross-functional teams and subcontractors.
- • You will work within Red Hat’s global open source services organization, contributing to project estimation, budgeting, staffing, and risk management, while promoting project management discipline and serving as an ambassador for PMI/PMP and Red Hat’s internal methodologies.
- • You will develop expertise in integrating technical delivery approaches—including systems and software development, product development, and cloud technologies—while coaching teams, facilitating status reviews, and ensuring timely timesheet submission, all while advancing your leadership in complex, multicultural IT project environments.
