- • Project Manager at Kyriba Corporation, a global fintech leader empowering CFOs and finance teams with cloud-based treasury, payments, risk management, and working capital solutions, serving 3,000+ customers worldwide and managing $15 trillion in payments annually.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project delivery, managing scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations for small to medium-sized projects; establishing trusting customer relationships; maintaining project metrics in Kyriba’s PSA tool; monitoring financial budgets; managing scope changes via risk, issue, and change logs; developing clear project timelines; proactively managing risks and issues; conducting oversight meetings with clients and stakeholders; reviewing and approving timesheets and client invoices; developing functional knowledge of Kyriba software via Academy training; applying implementation methodology and PM best practices; ensuring task completion and progress tracking; and maintaining an 80% billable utilization rate.
- • The role sits within a dynamic Professional Services team that helps clients gain control over treasury, risk, and liquidity operations, working across industries and geographies with opportunities for growth through personalized training and challenging projects.
- • The Project Manager will develop expertise in SaaS and treasury management system implementations, strengthen stakeholder management and financial oversight skills, gain deep functional knowledge of Kyriba’s fintech solutions, and advance toward becoming a trusted advisor in enterprise liquidity optimization while contributing to Kyriba’s mission of becoming the most sought-after cloud technology company globally.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5+ years’ project management experience preferred in SaaS implementations, treasury management system implementations, professional services, or other relevant experience
- • Baccalaureate or Graduate degree in Business, Management, Finance, or relevant work experience
- • English and Spanish written and verbal skills are required
- • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- • Critical thinking and out-of-the-box solution approach
- • PMP, Prince2, or other project management certification is a plus
