📋 Description

• This freelance Project Manager – AI Trainer role is critical to advancing AI systems’ understanding of real-world project management by refining AI-generated content with expert human insight, ensuring models learn from authentic, practical scenarios rather than theoretical abstractions.
• The role bridges deep project management expertise with cutting-edge AI development, allowing experienced professionals to shape how AI interprets timelines, risks, stakeholder dynamics, and reporting standards at scale.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and refining AI-generated outputs related to project management frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, focusing on timeline planning, risk assessment matrices, stakeholder communication plans, and performance reporting.
• You will evaluate AI responses for accuracy, practicality, and alignment with real-world project management best practices, identifying logical gaps, oversimplifications, or unrealistic assumptions in AI-generated advice or documentation.
• A core task involves drafting realistic, experience-based project management scenarios drawn from your direct professional history—such as managing scope creep in EU-funded initiatives or navigating stakeholder conflicts in UK public sector projects.
• You will create multi-perspective scenario variations (e.g., from the viewpoints of project manager, client, team member, or sponsor) to help AI understand differing priorities, communication styles, and decision-making biases in project environments.
• Identifying weaknesses in AI reasoning—such as flawed risk prioritization, inadequate change control logic, or misaligned success metrics—is essential to improving model reliability and contextual awareness.
• You will collaborate asynchronously with the 10x.team team to ensure all contributions meet quality benchmarks, using structured feedback formats to guide iterative AI training.
• The role requires independent work with strong self-direction, as you’ll manage your own schedule within the 8–20 hour weekly window while delivering timely, high-quality feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to provide structured, critical feedback and draft realistic, experience-based project scenarios from multiple stakeholder perspectives.
• Availability for 8–20 hours per week with reliable, prompt responsiveness to tasks and communications.
• Comfort working independently in a remote, asynchronous freelance setting with strong self-management and time discipline.
