- • As a Project Manager on the AI Transformation team at Curriculum Associates, you will drive the coordination, execution, and operational follow-through of AI initiatives, turning strategy into real outcomes with direct impact on how the organization adopts, scales, and realizes value from artificial intelligence.
- • You will collaborate with business leaders and AI stakeholders on early-stage project definition, manage project plans and milestones, proactively identify and address risks, apply the company’s Transformation framework for process documentation and stakeholder mapping, and facilitate cross-functional alignment by surfacing interdependencies and synergies across initiatives.
- • You will partner with AI Adoption and functional leaders to coordinate planning and execution, establish centralized tracking of AI initiatives and decisions, translate AI strategy into executable workstreams, and support knowledge capture to improve enterprise visibility into outcomes and reduce duplication.
- • You will support AI enablement events and onboarding materials, build initiative-level reporting for leadership including status dashboards and risk registers, and develop standardized templates and playbooks to ensure consistency and repeatability across AI transformation projects.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in AI transformation, enterprise change management, and cross-functional program leadership, gaining experience in scaling emerging technologies within a complex, mission-focused organization while building standardized processes that improve organizational learning and reuse.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years in transformation, project management, program management, and/or change management supporting large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
- • Experience with digital, technology, or AI-related initiatives in a complex organizational environment (preferred)
- • Experience building project structures, milestone plans, status reporting, and centralized documentation for enterprise initiatives
- • Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or similar
- • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills across diverse audiences
- • Ability to manage complex, emerging-technology initiatives with many stakeholders, evolving requirements, and cross-functional dependencies
