- • Project Manager, Campaign Implementation at Phreesia, Inc. leads the end-to-end delivery of high-volume healthcare advertising campaigns from kickoff through launch, ensuring precision, consistency, and operational excellence in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing multiple concurrent campaigns across different stages, coordinating with Creative, Engineering, QA, Campaign Operations, and Client Solutions teams, maintaining project documentation in tools like Monday.com, Jira, and Ziflow, identifying risks early, driving process improvements, and mentoring junior PMs to strengthen delivery standards.
- • The role sits within the Digital Patient Engagement (DPE) team, which brings healthcare advertising campaigns to life across point-of-care digital experiences for Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Non-Profit, and healthcare organizations, helping them engage patients in meaningful, measurable ways.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in regulated healthcare campaign delivery, sharpen cross-functional leadership and risk management skills, contribute to scalable process improvements, and grow as a project management leader by mentoring others and elevating team delivery standards.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • 5–7 years of project management experience, ideally within campaign implementation, digital advertising, or cross-functional delivery environments
- • Experience in healthcare advertising, pharmaceutical media, digital advertising, SaaS, or other regulated environments highly preferred
- • Proficiency with project management and workflow tools such as Monday.com, Jira, and Ziflow
- • Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams, and collaboration tools
- • Formal project management training preferred; PMP, CAPM, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred
