- • Lead capital installation projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence while supporting division resources with specialized orders and logistics.
- • Develop project goals, coordinate resources, manage timelines and budgets, and collaborate across product divisions, service departments, and Medline branches on large-scale initiatives.
- • Present project plans and cost-benefit analyses to stakeholders, support sales teams with logistics and vendor coordination, and act as a liaison between sales, customers, corporate, and installation teams.
- • Travel up to 50% of the time to engage with customers, sales reps, and installation teams to resolve logistical challenges and ensure successful product promotion and delivery.
- • Contribute to financial growth of assigned products by streamlining operations, improving delivery timelines, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective project management.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required.
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, product management, or clinical practice.
- • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions like SUM, chart creation, sorting, and print scaling.
- • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes (domestic and out-of-state).
- • Preferred: Experience in operations, logistics, or healthcare industry marketing/sales/product management/clinical practice.
- • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 upon hire, with accommodations available per applicable law.

- • Salary range: $73,000 – $110,000 annually, bonus/incentive eligible, based on location, experience, and qualifications.
