- • Precision Medicine Group is hiring a Project Manager, Central Laboratory Services to work remotely from Poland, Serbia, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, or the UK.
- • This role will lead new and existing CRO laboratory projects across a range of disciplines, including assay development and clinical testing, biorepository/sample management and logistics, and kitting for client studies spanning the globe.
- • The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of designated protocols, ensuring overall project performance and client satisfaction.
- • The role requires excellent listening and communication skills, as well as the ability to make internal colleagues and clients feel understood.
- • The Project Manager will work on problems of moderate scope, navigating ambiguity and having a system and process solution mindset to support growth and continuous improvement.
- • The role involves developing professional expertise, applying company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
- • The Project Manager will build productive internal/external working relationships, normally receiving general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
- • The role requires excellent computer skills and experience with MS Office/MS 365 applications, as well as strong understanding of project management and data analysis.
- • The Project Manager will be responsible for creating and managing project timelines, budgets, and revenue goals, forecasting, resource plans, and comparing to contracted project scope.
- • The role involves maintaining detailed daily coordination and supervision of scheduled activities, delegating responsibilities to carry out contracted work activities.
- • The Project Manager will be the face of the company and key partner to clients and collaborators, effectively leading implementation of new and ongoing studies.
- • The role requires coordinating the development and implementation of new projects, creating, tracking, and reporting on project timelines.
- • The Project Manager will communicate with clients and collaborators regarding data management, inventory control, shipping procedures, etc.
- • The role involves responding in a timely manner to all events, coordinating data gathering, and preparing and presenting project information at internal and external meetings.
- • The Project Manager will meet all revenue objectives assigned to projects, project expenses, and client billing.
- • The role requires creating/track/reporting relevant metrics for business and project measurement, assisting senior staff as required, and identifying out of scope project work.
- • The Project Manager will manage all tasks in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring client expectations are met and are delighted.
- • The role involves reviewing, updating, and evolving all documentation associated with project(s) to approvable status.
- • The Project Manager will assess and mitigate technical, project, and business risks, ensuring that work product complies with design and performance standards, regulatory environment, and client expectations.
- • The role requires identifying, resolving, and assisting in resolution of operational issues, monitoring assignments, and adjusting priorities and work schedule to meet deadlines and provide high-quality deliverables.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field (e.g. engineering)
- • Must have experience working as a Project Manager for Central Laboratories either for a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotech company.
- • Excellent listening and communication skills, has an uncanny ability to make internal colleagues and clients feel understood
