• • The Project Manager, Client Audit and Performance role at Capital Rx, Inc. is responsible for leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that ensure compliance, operational excellence, and client satisfaction in the healthcare and pharmacy benefit management space. This position is critical to maintaining trust in healthcare by driving audit readiness, performance tracking, and process improvement across complex client engagements.
• • Day to day, the Project Manager will manage concurrent client audits and internal projects, develop and execute detailed project plans, serve as the primary liaison with external auditors and consultants, monitor progress and risks, collaborate with cross-functional teams (Account Management, Analytics, Compliance, etc.), maintain documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence, and ensure adherence to governance and the Capital Rx Code of Conduct.
