  • • This role ensures market-facing needs are integrated into project planning and execution, enabling Centivo to deliver innovative health plan solutions that save employers 15-30% compared to traditional carriers while improving clinical outcomes.
  • • Day to day, the Project Manager will develop detailed project plans outlining objectives, scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables, breaking down complex initiatives into actionable tasks aligned with organizational goals.
  • • They will allocate personnel, budget, and equipment efficiently to keep projects on track financially and temporally, adjusting resources as priorities shift across concurrent initiatives.
  • • The role involves facilitating clear, consistent communication among internal teams (Client Success, Product, Engineering), external vendors, and leadership to ensure alignment on progress, risks, and decisions.
  • • Proactively identifying potential risks—such as regulatory changes, resource constraints, or timeline slippage—and developing mitigation strategies to protect project objectives and maintain momentum.
  • • Establishing and enforcing quality standards through reviews, testing, and validation to ensure deliverables meet Centivo’s high bar for reliability and member impact.
  • • Monitoring timelines and milestones closely, adjusting schedules and resource allocation in response to delays or scope changes to ensure timely project completion.
  • • Diagnosing and resolving issues as they arise, including team conflicts, technical blockers, or evolving requirements, to maintain team productivity and project integrity.
  • • Maintaining thorough documentation of meetings, decisions, changes, and progress reports, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders via clear, concise reporting.
  • • Managing change requests rigorously—assessing impact, securing approvals, updating plans, and communicating modifications to all affected parties to prevent scope creep.
  • • Leading post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned, measure success against KPIs, and recommend improvements for future initiatives in Client Operations.

  • • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • • 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in a healthcare organization
  • • 3 years' experience working with self funded plans in a TPA setting
  • • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Green belt Lean Six Sigma Certification
  • • Advanced knowledge of project management tools (SmartSheets, MS Project, etc.)
  • • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word)
