📋 Description

• As a Project Manager in Commercial Excellence Execution & Change Management at Solventum, you will drive the successful execution of initiatives that enhance commercial operations through innovative project management practices, including AI-enabled and agent-based tools, to improve healthcare outcomes and support frontline professionals.
• You will combine traditional project execution with emerging digital and AI-driven methodologies, supporting planning, execution, adoption, and measurement of Commercial Excellence initiatives across global teams while ensuring projects are well-structured, operationally supported, and sustainably adopted.
• You will partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, and Finance to pilot new project management tools, document usage patterns, create governance playbooks, and elevate change management practices to reduce manual effort and improve delivery consistency.
• You will develop, establish, and enforce project management standards, tools, and governance processes to ensure consistent execution, transparency, and accountability across the portfolio, managing projects of varying scope, budget, and duration in an agile manner to deliver measurable business impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 1 year of project management experience OR High school/GED AND 5 years of project management experience
• PMP or CAPM certification, or Agile certification (Certified SCRUM Master or Certified Agile Practitioner)
• Proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Office, and Power Apps; experience with AI-enabled tools and workflows
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation) and ability to collaborate effectively across functions
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and change management enablement in complex organizational settings

• Competitive compensation range of $83,600 - $114,950 (base pay plus variable incentive)
