- • Project Manager for Customer Engagement Program Support at Centific Global Technologies Pte. Ltd., a frontier AI data foundry empowering enterprise clients with scalable GenAI solutions through curated data, LLMs, and RAG pipelines. This role is critical in translating complex, unstructured engagement data into executive-ready insights that drive strategic decisions for senior Microsoft leadership, ensuring alignment, accountability, and momentum in high-stakes customer programs.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include producing executive summaries, readouts, and updates for senior Microsoft leadership by distilling notes, emails, and unstructured inputs into clear themes, actions, and decisions; maintaining engagement trackers in Excel, SharePoint, Loop, or Lists to ensure data accuracy, currency, and interpretability; supporting customer engagement programs such as executive briefings, workshops, CABs, and events by tracking action items, owners, and follow-ups; creating and updating simple dashboards in Excel or Power BI to visualize engagement status, trends, and coverage; and bringing structure and clarity to fast-moving, ambiguous workstreams through proactive organization and synthesis.
- • The team operates within Centific’s AI-driven innovation ecosystem, collaborating with over 150 PhDs, 4,000 AI practitioners, and 1.8 million vertical domain experts across 230 markets to deliver zero-distance innovation™ solutions that reduce GenAI costs by up to 80% and accelerate time-to-market by 50%. The role sits at the intersection of AI innovation and enterprise execution, enabling the Magnificent Seven and global clients to deploy safe, scalable AI with confidence.
- • In this role, the individual will develop mastery in executive communication, data storytelling, and stakeholder management within a high-velocity AI environment; gain deep exposure to GenAI deployment strategies and enterprise AI governance; refine advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills to executive standards; and build a portfolio of impact-driven engagement artifacts that directly influence senior leadership decisions at Microsoft and other Fortune 500 clients.
🎯 Requirements
- • Exceptional PowerPoint skills (non-negotiable): ability to create clean, executive-ready decks with strong structure, visuals, and storytelling
- • Strong written and verbal communication: skilled at distilling complex, messy inputs into clear, concise summaries and next steps
- • Highly skilled at organizing data across trackers, spreadsheets, and shared tools (Excel, SharePoint, Loop, Lists)
- • Experience creating and maintaining simple dashboards (Excel or Power BI) to show engagement status, trends, and coverage
- • Ability to translate raw engagement data into clear insights for leadership
- • Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders strongly preferred
