  • • As a Project Manager, Digital Marketing at Power Digital Marketing Group, you will serve as the central communications and coordination hub between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery of digital marketing solutions from inception to completion. This role is critical to maintaining client satisfaction, on-time delivery, and high-quality output in a fast-paced, results-driven agency environment.
  • • Day to day, you will manage multiple concurrent accounts and service lines using Asana, create and execute deliverable plans, oversee scope, risk, schedule, and quality, support account calls with detailed recaps and action items, evaluate new work requests, assign responsibilities, provide progress reports to stakeholders, conduct risk management, and identify process improvements while facilitating cross-functional collaboration.

  • • In this role, you will develop advanced project management expertise in a digital marketing agency context, strengthen client-facing communication and negotiation skills, gain deep familiarity with digital marketing disciplines (SEO, SEM, content, paid social, analytics, etc.), and grow as a leader in operational excellence and process optimization within a rapidly scaling organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of three (3) years of experience leading projects and supporting client deliverables in a digital marketing agency environment
  • • Strong proficiency with Asana as a work management platform
  • • Bachelor’s degree required
  • • Subject matter familiarity in digital marketing (e.g.: SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Display, Feeds, Paid Social, Analytics, etc.)
  • • CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent preferred
  • • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and embrace change
