📋 Description

• The Project Manager Generative AI Operations role is critical to ensuring the seamless execution of multilingual data creation and model evaluation for GenAI systems across global markets, directly supporting the reliability and safety of AI deployments.
• Day to day, the person will plan, coordinate, and oversee complex data and evaluation projects involving global expert networks, manage timelines and deliverables for multilingual AI training and testing initiatives, liaise with technical and linguistic teams, and ensure adherence to quality standards and NIMO™ framework protocols.
• The team operates within Welo Data, a Weloglobal brand specializing in multilingual data and evaluation for foundation labs and enterprises deploying GenAI systems, leveraging a global network of 500,000+ vetted experts across 300+ languages and locales to ensure AI models perform reliably across cultures and modalities.
• In this role, the person can develop deep expertise in GenAI operations, cross-cultural data management, and AI evaluation frameworks, while gaining leadership experience in managing large-scale, global contributor networks and contributing to advancements in AI safety, bias mitigation, and inclusivity.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in technology or data-driven environments
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and global teams
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, particularly around data training, evaluation, or model testing
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with technical, linguistic, and operational teams across time zones
• Understanding of quality assurance processes and experience working with structured evaluation frameworks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on emerging GenAI applications
