Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • This 4-month contract role owns end-to-end Growth contracting operations during the peak May–September period, supporting 100+ new and renewal contracts. It’s a hands-on execution role managing parallel workflows, partnering across Legal, CS, and ACO Operations, and working directly in CRM/CLM systems. You’ll serve as the operational hub for the contracting pipeline during the highest-volume season.
  • • Day to day, you will review outgoing contracts for completeness and accuracy, coordinate redline reviews between Growth, Legal, and counterparties, manage version control, track open issues, send finalized contracts for signature, and track execution status through close. You will also serve as the operational point of contact for contract escalations, maintain logs of open issues, conduct audits of executed contracts for accuracy and compliance, troubleshoot Ironclad workflow errors, and design and manage bulk contract creation automation for peak-season volume.
  • • Pearl Health is dedicated to empowering primary care providers, health systems, and physician-led networks to succeed in the shift to value-based care. Founded in 2020, the company delivers technology, financial tools, and expert services that enable practices to provide more proactive, effective care to Medicare patients, lower costs, and improve health outcomes. Backed by premier investors like Andreessen Horowitz, Viking Global Investors, and AlleyCorp, Pearl Health partners with thousands of providers across 44 states to build a more sustainable future for American healthcare.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in contract lifecycle management, particularly within Ironclad, while honing your ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive workflows with precision. You will strengthen cross-functional coordination skills across Legal, CS, and Growth teams, gain experience in compliance tracking and audit processes, and develop automation solutions for bulk contract creation — all within a mission-driven healthcare technology company focused on serious impact and collaborative innovation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4–6 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or commercial operations
  • • Direct experience with contract lifecycle management platforms; Ironclad strongly preferred
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive contracting workflows without losing accuracy
  • • Strong coordination instincts — able to keep multiple workflows moving simultaneously and surface the right issues to the right people
  • • Clear written communicator; comfortable drafting escalation summaries, status updates, and stakeholder-facing notes
  • • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with seasonal urgency

🏖️ Benefits

  • • 4 month contract term
  • • Hourly range: $50 - $90 per hour
  • • Opportunity to work with a mission-driven healthcare technology company improving patient outcomes and reducing costs
  • • Collaborative, transparent, and inclusive workplace culture rooted in Pearl Health’s values: Collaborate to Innovate, Trust Through Transparency, and Serious Impact, Big Heart
  • • Exposure to cross-functional teams including Legal, CS, and ACO Operations in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
