📋 Description
- • As a Project Manager in HP Delivery at Availity, you will play a critical role in organizing resources and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver healthcare technology projects on time and within budget, directly supporting the company’s mission to improve patient care through innovative engagement platforms.
- • Day to day, you will lead client-based projects, manage timelines and scope, facilitate meetings, track progress, analyze project data to align with strategic goals, determine optimal resource sequencing, and communicate expectations with clients and internal stakeholders across leadership, technology, sales, and account management teams.
- • Availity is a leading healthcare engagement platform connecting over 2 million providers to health plans and processing over 12 billion transactions annually, with a remote-first culture headquartered in Jacksonville, FL, and offices in Bangalore, India, united by a mission to reshape healthcare through technology and collaboration.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in IT Program or Project Management or client-facing account management
- • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, or 3 years of Project Management experience in lieu of a degree
- • Expert knowledge of Project Management principles and methodologies
- • Excellent written and oral communication skills
- • Strong interpersonal skills with proven experience as both a team leader and member
- • Experience with Project Management tools to maintain project plans and track deliverables
