• • The HR Project Manager at XN Limited is responsible for delivering strategic HR and Talent related initiatives across the organization, focusing on end-to-end project execution, stakeholder alignment, and driving transformation across HR processes, systems, and operating models.
• • Day to day, the role involves partnering with HR leadership to identify bottlenecks and define priorities, leading end-to-end delivery of HR and Talent Acquisition projects (such as process transformation, system implementations, automation, and tooling improvements), developing and managing detailed project plans and roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional teams across HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, Finance, Engineering, and business units, proactively identifying risks and dependencies, facilitating steering committees and governance forums, driving change management efforts including communication planning and training coordination, and monitoring project performance with regular updates to senior leadership.
