📋 Description
- • Serve as the primary liaison between GE HealthCare and customer project teams, coordinating onsite support from Service and Sales to ensure seamless project execution.
- • Own the end-to-end project management and implementation process for GEHC Invasive products, including sales order review, project planning, documentation, resource coordination, and issue resolution.
- • Define and document GE and customer responsibilities and deliverables as outlined in sales contracts, ensuring alignment across all parties involved.
- • Create and maintain a formal project implementation timeline, collaborating with customers, GE teams, and contract resources to ensure clarity and accountability.
- • Generate visible and predictable project data to support key business metrics and revenue forecasting, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- • Track and communicate implementation progress through project kick-off, regular status updates, and formal project closure, ensuring transparency with stakeholders.
- • Lead the implementation team during clinical "GoLive" events for equipment, ensuring successful transition and adoption in healthcare settings.
- • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.
- • Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities while maintaining adherence to scheduled completion dates and customer expectations.
- • Work effectively from a remote home office, maintaining high levels of communication and collaboration with internal and external partners.
- • Travel up to 10% as needed, including overnight stays, to support on-site project activities and customer engagements.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 2 years of project management experience, OR Associate’s Degree and minimum 5 years of project management experience, OR minimum 7 years of project management experience.
- • Minimum of 4 years of experience working in the healthcare field.
- • Minimum of 2 years of experience driving projects in a cross-functional capacity.
- • Ability to manage high-volume, concurrent projects and competing priorities to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
- • Ability to work and communicate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- • Ability to work effectively from a remote home office.
