📋 Description

• Project Manager II/Sr PM - FSP model role at Syneos Health, a leading fully-integrated life sciences services organization dedicated to accelerating customer success across the drug development and commercialization continuum.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing clinical research studies as a project manager, ensuring compliance with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements; acting as primary liaison between company and customer for study launch, conduct, and closeout; leading project teams to ensure quality, timelines, and budget management; being accountable for financial performance and all project deliverables; coordinating study conduct partners and proactively managing issues; maintaining TMF quality and completeness; overseeing study information in databases and systems; ensuring inspection readiness; developing and implementing project plans; planning and presenting at internal and external meetings; preparing project management reports; developing contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies; building client relationships to generate new or add-on business; and potentially line managing project management team members and clinical monitoring staff.
• The Clinical Solutions team applies deep expertise in drug development to understand customer needs and shape solutions, collaborating with passionate problem solvers in Functional Service Provider or Full-Service environments to deliver impact for customers and patients.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in global clinical trial management, regulatory compliance, financial accountability, cross-functional team leadership, and client relationship development within a purpose-driven organization committed to advancing healthcare and patient progress.
