- • As a Project Manager (Implementation & Delivery) at ZeroRisk Compliance Programs, Inc., you will play a critical role in transforming merchant security and compliance into a real-time, risk-based intelligence platform by owning end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring seamless delivery from sales handoff to merchant activation while acting as the vital bridge between customer needs and technical solution delivery.
- • You will manage multiple concurrent implementation projects, develop and maintain detailed project plans with timelines and milestones, track progress using RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), ensure on-time, in-scope delivery to quality standards, and provide regular status updates to internal teams and customers, all while shaping the customer journey and solution design through active participation in requirements gathering and process design.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include running discovery workshops to capture current (as-is) and target (to-be) customer processes, translating findings into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows or journey maps, ensuring requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with business objectives, and serving as the primary liaison between customers and delivery teams to validate that configured solutions meet defined needs.
- • You will collaborate closely with configuration and implementation teams to define workflows, rules, and onboarding journeys, support configuration decisions, validate solution alignment with customer requirements, and help design effective rollout strategies and merchant onboarding experiences that drive successful adoption.
- • A key part of your role involves defining test scenarios based on requirements, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with customers, tracking defects through resolution, ensuring go-live readiness, and maintaining rigorous quality gates throughout the delivery lifecycle to minimize defect leakage and maximize UAT success rates.
- • You will act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation, building strong stakeholder relationships, running regular check-ins and steering committee updates, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and outcomes, and facilitating smooth handoffs between Sales, Delivery, and Customer/Merchant Success teams to maintain continuity and satisfaction.
- • You will create and maintain essential project artefacts including project plans, requirements documentation, process flows, and implementation playbooks, ensuring all materials are structured, version-controlled, and reusable, while contributing to the continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, templates, and best practices across the organization.
- • Working in a fast-paced SaaS environment, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Implementation/Configuration, Customer Success, and Merchant Success teams to ensure seamless transitions between phases, drive process efficiency, and support the scalable delivery of ZeroRisk’s compliance platform to merchants globally.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS implementation methodologies, business analysis techniques, stakeholder management in regulated industries (payments, compliance, fintech), and end-to-end project lifecycle delivery, positioning you to advance into senior project or program management roles while gaining exposure to cutting-edge risk intelligence platforms and global merchant ecosystems.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years’ experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Implementation/Delivery roles within SaaS environments
- • Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation, process mapping (flows and journeys), stakeholder management, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high levels of organisation, attention to detail, and follow-through
