- • As a Project Manager, Implementations at Prelim Inc., you will play a pivotal role in transforming how banks serve their customers by leading financial institutions through their digital transformation journey. You will manage multiple high-stakes, concurrent bank implementations, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences that directly impact the accessibility and efficiency of banking services across the U.S., from community banks to large credit unions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing multiple concurrent bank implementations with overlapping timelines, tracking dependencies and risks while driving projects to on-time completion; leading client calls and building trusted relationships with stakeholders ranging from C-suite executives to operations staff, handling difficult conversations and managing expectations; coordinating cross-functional teams including Implementation Associates, engineers, and Customer Success to ensure smooth project execution and post-launch transitions; translating complex technical requirements between clients and internal teams while protecting your implementation team from scope creep; jumping in to help with hands-on configuration and debugging when needed to keep projects moving during resource constraints; documenting solutions and identifying process improvements to enhance future deployments and team efficiency; and escalating strategically to sales and leadership when additional support is needed to unblock critical issues.
