  • • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of knowledge and content initiatives for an HR Technology organization that is rapidly adopting AI-enabled systems. You will translate high-level business goals into detailed project charters, scope statements, and phased roadmaps that can be executed by distributed writers, designers, engineers, and HR subject-matter experts.
  • • Serve as the single point of accountability for intake, triage, and prioritization of every knowledge request—whether it is a new policy article, an AI training corpus, or a chatbot knowledge base update—balancing urgency, strategic value, and resource capacity.
  • • Build and maintain living project plans in tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com, mapping dependencies across content, product, data science, and compliance teams; update burn-down charts and RAID logs weekly so that leadership can see real-time health of the portfolio.
  • • Drive rigorous yet lightweight governance: define content templates, metadata taxonomies, version-control rules, and approval workflows that satisfy both regulatory requirements (GDPR, SOC-2, EEOC) and the data-quality needs of downstream AI models.
  • • Coordinate cross-functional working sessions—storyboarding, content audits, prompt-engineering jams, and usability tests—ensuring every participant leaves with clear action items, owners, and deadlines.
  • • Champion a “search-first, AI-ready” mindset: coach authors on how to write semantically rich, machine-readable content; validate that tagging schemas align with vector embeddings and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
  • • Establish and monitor KPIs such as article freshness, deflection rate, CSAT, and AI confidence scores; turn insights into backlog items that continuously improve both human and machine experiences.
  • • Lead change-management communications: craft release notes, host enablement webinars, and produce quick-start videos that accelerate adoption of new knowledge tools and AI capabilities across a 1,000-plus-employee user base.
  • • Anticipate and neutralize risks—content duplication, model drift, stakeholder churn—by building contingency buffers, escalation paths, and rollback plans into every project plan.
  • • Mentor junior project coordinators and technical writers on agile rituals, estimation techniques, and stakeholder storytelling, raising the overall delivery maturity of the knowledge program.
  • • Partner closely with HR Product, Legal, DEI, and Security teams to ensure that every piece of knowledge meets accessibility, inclusivity, and privacy standards before it is published or fed into AI systems.
  • • Contribute to the evolution of the knowledge management strategy itself: run quarterly retrospectives, benchmark against industry leaders, and propose next-generation capabilities such as generative-AI copilots or semantic search APIs.
  • • Maintain a transparent, high-trust relationship with executive sponsors by translating complex technical trade-offs into concise business impact narratives supported by data.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of hands-on project or program management experience, ideally within HR technology, SaaS, or knowledge-management domains
  • • Demonstrated success delivering content-heavy initiatives that involve structured authoring, taxonomy design, and/or AI/ML pipelines
  • • Proficiency with modern project-management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar) and familiarity with Git-based version control
  • • Strong grasp of knowledge-management best practices—metadata, governance, search, and content lifecycle—and how they enable AI use cases
  • • Excellent stakeholder-communication skills: able to run executive steering committees, facilitate cross-functional workshops, and produce crisp status reports
