• • The Project Manager, Marketing Operations role at Precision Medicine Group is essential for driving the execution, coordination, and delivery of key marketing programs, with a major focus on supporting the organization’s strategic Autoimmune Programs. This position ensures organized workflows, timeline adherence, and effective cross-functional communication to bring marketing initiatives from concept to completion.
• • Day to day, the role involves supporting the planning, routing, documentation, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns; coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications; managing project workflows in Asana; serving as a central coordinator for cross-functional teams (Strategy, Content, Design, Conferences, etc.); scheduling meetings, preparing materials, capturing notes and action items; contributing to budget forecasting and invoicing; and supporting website updates to ensure optimal user experience and alignment with business goals.
• • Precision Medicine Group is a remote-first organization based in Canada, dedicated to advancing precision medicine through integrated marketing, data, and commercialization services. The marketing operations team plays a critical role in supporting strategic initiatives by ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and seamless collaboration across departments including sales, technology, and creative teams.
