- • **Strategic Onboarding & Project Management:** Lead the end-to-end implementation of Deel's Global all-in-one Employee Management Platform for a diverse portfolio of mid-market clients. This involves meticulous planning, proactive execution, and diligent monitoring of all project phases to ensure timely and successful launches. You will orchestrate complex projects, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- • **Client Relationship Management & Advisory:** Serve as the primary liaison and trusted advisor to clients throughout their onboarding journey. You will deeply understand their unique business needs, operational challenges, and strategic goals, providing expert guidance on product utilization, best practices, and compliance requirements. Your ability to build strong, lasting relationships will be crucial for client retention and growth.
- • **Product Expertise & Advocacy:** Develop a comprehensive understanding of Deel's extensive product suite, including HRIS, payroll, compliance, benefits, and equipment management. Become a go-to resource for clients and internal teams, translating complex product features into tangible business benefits. You will champion new products and capabilities, identifying opportunities for clients to expand their use of Deel and achieve greater operational efficiency.
- • **Cross-Functional Collaboration & Internal Advocacy:** Work closely with various internal departments, including Customer Experience, Sales, and Product/R&D teams, to advocate for client needs and ensure a cohesive and positive client experience. You will bridge the gap between client requirements and Deel's product development, providing valuable insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- • **Problem Solving & Global Payroll Acumen:** Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve complex operational and product-related issues that clients may encounter. Leverage your understanding of global payroll, HR, and compliance to provide effective solutions and strategic advice, ensuring clients navigate the complexities of international employment with confidence.
- • **Process Improvement & Best Practice Development:** Contribute to the ongoing refinement and documentation of Deel's onboarding processes and implementation methodologies. Share your knowledge and experiences to help build scalable best practices that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the entire client success team.
- • **Communication & Stakeholder Management:** Communicate with exceptional clarity, persuasion, and professionalism to a wide range of stakeholders, including C-suite executives, HR professionals, and operational teams. 🎯 Requirements
- • Fluent level of French and English (written and spoken).
- • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, specifically in onboarding, implementation, or account management for B2B SaaS products, with a strong preference for experience in HR, Payroll, or Finance domains.
- • Proven project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and proactive follow-through.
