Project Manager, Onboarding

📋 Description

• • As a Project Manager, Onboarding at Block, Inc., you will manage the final stages of the sales funnel for US merchants, driving deals through to activation and accelerating the onboarding process by leveraging deep product and industry knowledge to ensure sellers are optimally scoped, educated, set up, and trained to leverage Square’s platform.
• • Day to day, you will drive world-class onboarding and implementation experiences, cultivate cross-functional relationships with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams, anticipate and resolve obstacles through stakeholder communication, lead high-impact multi-merchant projects with competing priorities, create and maintain training materials for internal and external partners, and execute accurate data entry and migration tasks for select sellers.
• • You will join a global team at Block, Inc. (parent company of Square, Cash App, Afterpay, TIDAL, Bitkey, and Proto) that is building integrated, omnichannel solutions to help sellers sell online, manage inventory, offer buy now, pay later, book appointments, engage loyal buyers, hire and pay staff, and access financial services tools at the point of sale — empowering sellers of all sizes to grow and compete at scale.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in Square’s platform and ecosystem, strengthen project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, gain experience in merchant onboarding and training at scale, and contribute to product roadmap insights by tracking feature requests — positioning you for growth in customer success, implementation, or product management roles within a fast-growing fintech leader.
