- • The Project Manager in Oncology is responsible for the overall coordination and management of clinical trials from start-up through closeout activities, ensuring successful delivery of oncology studies in a global CRO environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include directing technical, financial, and operational aspects of projects, collaborating with functional area leads to identify and evaluate project issues, interpreting complex data, making sound business decisions, and ensuring all deliverables meet customer expectations for time, quality, and cost.
- • Worldwide Clinical Trials is a global midsize CRO with over 3,500 experts dedicated to improving lives through innovative, high-quality clinical research, with a strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and employee empowerment in a supportive, collaborative culture.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in global oncology trial operations, enhance your leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, and contribute meaningfully to advancing cancer therapies while working with leading scientific and medical experts.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5 years of industry experience with previous experience in a Clinical Project Management role within a CRO setting
- • Experience managing Oncology studies is required for this role
- • University/College degree in Life Science is preferred
- • Ability to manage projects in a multi-office environment
- • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English
- • Superior planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems
- • Ability to travel when needed
