- • As a Project Manager on the Partner Professional Services team at Dialpad, you will be a key player in ensuring the successful deployment of Dialpad solutions for customers brought to us by our valued partners, focusing exclusively on partner-sourced projects to deliver exceptional customer experiences and address challenges during the project lifecycle.
- • You will take full ownership of customer deployment projects, applying the Dialpad deployment methodology, managing scope and schedule changes, cultivating stakeholder relationships, creating project documentation, meeting regularly with customers, partnering with Solution Architects, utilizing cloud platforms like Salesforce and PSA tools, ensuring on-time delivery, conducting admin training, monitoring project status, resolving escalations, and ensuring seamless handoffs to Customer Success and Support teams.
- • Dialpad is the AI-native business communications platform unifying calling, messaging, meetings, and contact center on a single platform powered by real-time AI, serving over 70,000 global companies including WeWork, Asana, NASDAQ, and Uber, and leading the shift to Agentic AI through the DAART initiative to automate workflows and accelerate revenue.
- • You will develop expertise in managing end-to-end customer deployments, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, gain deep knowledge of Dialpad’s AI-powered platform, and contribute directly to customer success and retention while operating in a hybrid role (3 days/week) in Kitchener with the opportunity to work US hours and grow within a company recognized as a Great Place to Work.
