📋 Description

• As a Project Manager at Pulley Inc., you will be the linchpin connecting our clients with the complex and often challenging world of commercial project permitting. Your primary mission will be to ensure that projects under your purview navigate the regulatory landscape with unprecedented speed and predictability, overcoming hurdles and fostering collaboration with municipal authorities to accelerate approvals. • You will be instrumental in shaping and refining our permitting operations. This involves working hand-in-hand with leadership, product development, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in our service delivery. Your insights and experiences will be vital in developing and implementing best practices and optimizing workflows, thereby pushing the boundaries of what's possible in construction and enabling our clients to build faster and more efficiently than ever before.

• Cultivating and nurturing strong, collaborative relationships with municipal staff and officials is paramount. By working proactively and cooperatively with these stakeholders, you will play a direct role in accelerating approval times and fostering a more efficient permitting environment.
• You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of multiple permitting projects concurrently. This requires exceptional organizational skills to ensure each project meets its key milestones, progresses swiftly towards completion, and anticipates and proactively resolves potential permitting roadblocks. Your vigilance will be key to keeping projects on track and mitigating risks.
• Collaboration extends beyond client and municipal interactions. You will work closely with Pulley's internal product, engineering, and leadership teams. 🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in architecture, construction, or permitting, with a proven track record of managing diverse permitting processes.
• Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes, with a specific emphasis on the Georgia market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and municipal officials.
• Proficiency in relevant project management software and a strong aptitude for learning and adapting to new technology platforms.
