Project Manager - Platform Service Delivery (USA Only - 100% Remote)

📋 Description

• • As a Project Manager in Platform Service Delivery at Zscaler, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s growing platform programs by managing technical project execution and vendor relations for data center and network infrastructure initiatives. Your work directly enables the scalability and reliability of Zscaler’s Zero Trust Exchange platform, which secures users, devices, and applications globally.
• • Day to day, you will plan, implement, document, and manage new data center and expansion sites, including colocation space, IP transit, and structured fiber cabling; partner with third-party vendors to ensure seamless order management and delivery of platform services; coordinate across functional teams to streamline communications and maintain technical documentation; interpret carrier KMZs and apply knowledge of DWDM technology and dark fiber to align site implementations with routing requirements; and provide technical guidance and troubleshooting during site test and turn-up activities.
• • You will join the Platform Service Delivery team within Reliability Engineering and Infrastructure Services, reporting to the Manager, Cloud Operations, Platform Service Delivery. This is a fully remote role within the USA, or hybrid if based in San Jose, CA (three days in-office per week). Zscaler is an AI-forward enterprise leveraging the world’s largest security data lake to power its cloud-native Zero Trust Exchange platform, built on a culture of execution centered on customer obsession, collaboration, ownership, and accountability.
