📋 Description

• As a Project Manager / Product Owner at Ruby Labs Ltd., you will own the coordination layer across multiple teams, ensuring delivery runs smoothly, communication is clear, and nothing gets lost between teams in a fast-moving product environment.
• You will maintain tasks and delivery tracking across teams, manage backlogs, coordinate cross-functional handoffs, manage onboarding for new team members, investigate and route incoming issues and escalations, post regular team updates, and identify process gaps to propose improvements.
• Ruby Labs is a leading tech company creating and operating innovative consumer products across health, education, and entertainment industries, driving the future of consumer-led products with a focus on innovation and impact.
• In this role, you will develop strong organizational and communication skills, gain experience in cross-functional leadership, improve processes in a scaling tech environment, and grow your impact by enabling smoother collaboration and faster delivery across product, engineering, QA, and other teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, product ownership, or operations in a tech company
• Highly organised with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
• Proactive — you surface problems early and resolve them without being asked
• Clear, concise communicator in writing
• Able to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
• Fast learner who adapts quickly to new contexts and tools
