📋 Description
- • As a Project Manager Real Estate & Workplace / Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SIFA), you serve as the critical link between operational execution, real estate optimization projects, and comprehensive legal compliance, directly contributing to the strategic goals of WPP Media’s German Real Estate team.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-location real estate projects from planning to completion, managing time, budget, and quality; collaborating with internal teams (IT, HR, Legal) and external partners, authorities, and service providers; conducting risk assessments, documenting findings, investigating incidents; developing and monitoring safety, emergency, and prevention concepts; and delivering occupational safety training and instruction sessions.
- • You will work within a team of 7 Campus Managers, reporting directly to the Campus Real Estate & Workplace Lead Germany, in a role that combines project management with occupational health and safety expertise in a dynamic, international media environment.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in real estate project lifecycle management, German occupational safety regulations (ArbSchG, BetrSichV, DGUV), and cross-functional stakeholder coordination, while advancing your leadership and technical skills within WPP’s global network and innovative agentic marketing platform, WPP Open.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, preferably in an internationally operating company
- • Proven expertise in leading construction, renovation, or real estate projects; certifications such as IPMA, PMI, or Prince2 are a strong plus
- • In-depth knowledge of German occupational safety, fire protection, and health regulations (e.g., ArbSchG, BetrSichV, DGUV)
