- • Oversees one or more small- or intermediate-sized projects, assembling project teams, assigning responsibilities, developing schedules, and determining and acquiring needed resources.
- • Reviews project business cases to ensure accurate cost and labor identification, presents cases to governing bodies, and ensures approval.
- • Defines integration needs with other projects, systems, and business processes; provides regular status updates to stakeholders and interfaces with upper management.
- • Coordinates project teams from inception through completion, participates in or leads meetings, tracks project statuses, identifies deviations, and resolves scheduling and inter-functional conflicts.
- • Demonstrates skill in data analysis by resolving missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies in complex data; provides guidance to junior personnel.
- • Works in a comfortable indoor environment with frequent movement; requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

- • This fully remote position is available anywhere in the U.S., with a pay range of $70,300.00–$104,500.00 annually for eligible states.
- • The role supports warehouse set-up, layout, or redesign efforts and requires understanding of inventory control processes.
- • Ideal for a self-starter who can adapt quickly, take ownership, and drive results with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience supporting warehouse set-up, layout, or redesign efforts with a strong understanding of inventory control processes
- • Proven ability to manage projects from planning through execution, keeping timelines, milestones, and deliverables on track
- • Willingness and ability to travel 40–50% to support site launches and onsite project execution
- • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, warehouse teams, and leadership
- • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy in inventory, reporting, and execution
- • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
