- • As a Project Manager at Pearl Talent, you will be the linchpin of project execution, ensuring that multiple, concurrent initiatives are delivered seamlessly from inception to completion. This role demands a blend of meticulous operational oversight and proactive coordination, making you the central hub for all project-related activities. You will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of workflows, project trackers, essential documentation, and clear communication channels, ensuring that no detail is overlooked and that projects advance with precision and efficiency.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to drive end-to-end project execution. This involves managing projects across various workstreams, diligently tracking milestones, timelines, dependencies, and critical deliverables. You will be expected to follow up rigorously on action items, ensuring their timely closure and holding accountability for task completion. A key part of your role will be executing pre-project and launch checklists to guarantee operational readiness, and continuously monitoring project status on a daily basis to proactively identify and flag any potential risks or blockers before they impede progress.
- • You will ensure that handoffs between different project phases and stakeholders are executed smoothly, maintaining clear ownership and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. The expectation is that you will drive projects to successful completion with a high degree of autonomy and minimal supervision, embodying a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve maintaining exceptional CRM hygiene, particularly within platforms like HubSpot or similar systems. This includes accurately updating records, pipelines, project trackers, and overall project statuses. You will be responsible for managing and organizing reporting documents, comprehensive trackers, and insightful dashboards, ensuring the utmost data accuracy across all spreadsheets and integrated systems. This involves consistently cleaning, deduplicating, and organizing records to maintain a high standard of data integrity. Your ability to support leadership with reliable data and insightful reporting will be crucial for informed decision-making.
- • You will act as the primary point of contact for all project-related coordination efforts. This includes expertly scheduling meetings, managing all logistical aspects, and ensuring diligent follow-ups are conducted. Maintaining professional and effective communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders is paramount. You will be responsible for preparing clear agendas, concise summaries, and all necessary project documentation. Furthermore, you will coordinate with vendors and external partners as required, ensuring all parties are aligned and consistently informed throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- • A critical function of this role is the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), comprehensive checklists, and reusable project templates. You will be tasked with building standardized decks, trackers, and documentation that can be leveraged across multiple projects. A key responsibility will be to perform Quality Assurance (QA) on all deliverables before they are submitted for stakeholder review or finalization. By identifying recurring bottlenecks and inefficiencies, you will develop and implement standardized solutions. Maintaining organized template libraries with proper version control and documenting best practices and lessons learned will contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management framework.
- • In addition to core project management duties, you will provide essential research and administrative support. This may include conducting market, client, or competitive research as needed to inform project strategy. You will prepare detailed reports, insightful briefs, and compelling presentations. Light financial or expense tracking related to projects may also fall under your purview, as will assisting with proposal development and background research.
